Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Technician to support maintenance operations at our expansive 368-unit apartment community. This full-time role operates on a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate proficiency in apartment turnover, painting, and custodial duties. Interaction with team members, vendors, and residents is an essential aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute job-related tasks efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow daily routines as outlined by the Property Manager.
  • Repair and restore interiors, including appliances, heating systems, doors, and plumbing.
  • Maintain exteriors, addressing issues with doors, windows, fences, and lighting.
  • Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency responses on a rotating on-call basis.
  • Pass required physical, drug, and background checks.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, along with a personal set of tools.
