Café Associate

Job Summary

As a Café Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh food items daily for our members. Your responsibilities will include following recipes, preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken, and ensuring our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. You will also be responsible for properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning shelves, and verifying expiration dates.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and arranging and organizing merchandise.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) a plus.
