Head Start Training and Development Expert

BCT Partners, LLC is a leading provider of training and technical assistance services to the Office of Head Start (OHS). We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Program Manager to join our team and support our mission to improve outcomes for young children and families.
The successful candidate will provide on-site, group, and virtual TTA to grant recipients related to school readiness, family engagement, and professional development. You will also assist grant recipients in developing and implementing curriculum, teaching practices, and assessment methods that are age, developmentally, culturally, and linguistically appropriate.
We estimate the salary for this position to be between $65,000 and $105,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
About the Role
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide TTA to grant recipients on topics such as classroom assessment, curriculum implementation, and teacher-child interactions.
- Assist grant recipients in developing data-driven decision-making skills and improving their collaboration with Local Education Agencies (LEAs), state agencies, and other partners.
- Support emerging OHS initiatives and priorities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited university or college in Early Childhood Education/Development or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in programs for young children ranging from birth to five years old.
- Experience providing technical assistance to teachers, home visitors, family childcare providers, coaches, and/or management team members.
