- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as required.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Integrity and Compassion: A caring attitude and respect for clients and staff are essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to relate well with seniors and their families.
- Availability: Minimum of 5 hours, 4 days a week; evening and weekend availability is preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a PCA, CNA, or Home Health Aide is preferred, but we welcome candidates willing to learn.
- Background Check: Must pass State and Federal background checks and drug screenings.
- Health Requirements: Current TB test and physical examination required prior to employment.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications are necessary.
- References: Provide 2 personal and 2 professional references.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
