We are seeking an experienced Program Evaluation and Training Coordinator to join our team at the University of California. As an Evaluation Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting projects within the Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP), including evaluating the Interim Housing Outreach Program (IHOP) run by the Los Angeles County Departments of Mental Health and Health Services.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with PMHP staff and stakeholders, developing training materials, and providing feedback to improve program implementation/performance. You will also have the opportunity to train staff on the use of measures and visit and observe service sites to track program operations.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

A.Training and Consultation

  • Support evaluation projects, including IHOP
  • Co-facilitate focus groups
  • Develop tools to support program implementation
  • Visit and observe service sites to track program operations
  • Train staff on the use of measures
  • Provide feedback to improve program implementation/performance

B.Intervention and Training Materials Development

  • Assist in the development of training materials, program evaluation tools, and web-based resources
  • Coordinate with PMHP leadership and analysis teams to develop training materials
  • Support the adaptation of the IHOP learning channel on the Learning Management System (LMS)

We offer a competitive salary range of $28.30 - $54.74 hourly.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minor direction
  • Ability to communicate complex information to individuals with varying levels of education and training
  • Skill in keeping accurate records with demonstrated attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or engagement in a mental health-related field
