SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled AP Technician to join our team. As an AP Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare and mail checks to vendors
- Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments
- Assist with special projects and provide support to the accounting team
- Associate's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $28.00 - $29.50
- Full-time position with benefits
