We are seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Analyst to join our team at ProFocus Technology. As an IT Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing finance and budget responsibilities for the IT department, preparing reporting and financial analysis for IT leadership, and tracking and managing resources and costs in the capital and expense budget and forecasts for assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee finance and budget responsibilities for the IT department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for IT leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Track and manage resources and costs in the capital and expense budget and forecasts for assigned areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Accounting and engage with external vendors as needed to ensure seamless financial operations.
- 3-7 years of professional experience in IT finance management, with a strong track record of engaging with IT leadership, accounting, and external vendors.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as PPM tools, ideally Smartsheet.
- Experience overseeing a budget and finances for an IT department, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
- Experience with PowerBI and ERPs (Oracle) is a plus, but not required.
- BS degree in Finance is preferred, but not required.
