Avera is a leading health system that has been recognized for its excellence in patient care and employee satisfaction. As a Surgical Technician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the surgical team in providing patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Perform duties in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a positive impact on patient care.
- Graduation from an approved Surgical Technology education program or 5 years relevant experience.
- Credentialed by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) and the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required.
- Competitive pay with an hourly range of $23.25-$34.00.
- Front-loaded PTO and options for free health insurance.

- Varied day shifts, 72 hours every 2 weeks, with weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations.
