Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and develop personalized employment plans to maximize vocational outcomes
• Provide counseling and guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions about their career paths
• Collaborate with employers, vendors, and other agencies to promote job placement opportunities for clients
• Conduct medical and psychological assessments to determine eligibility for services and identify suitable employment options
• Utilize caseload management software to track client progress and process case expenditures

Competencies and Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
