Intensivist Physician

ApolloMD is partnering with Cookeville Regional Medical Center to offer an exciting opportunity for a Nocturnist Intensivist Physician to join our team. This role is ideal for those seeking a challenging and dynamic environment, working alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will work 12 hour shifts, covering night shifts from 6:30pm to 6:30am, with up to 20 shifts available per month. As an Intensivist Physician, you will be responsible for managing critical care patients, including ventilator management, line placement, temporary dialysis catheter insertion, and arterial line placement.

With an average of 28-32 ICU patients cross-covered at night and 4 ICU admits from the ER and transfers in, this position offers a high level of challenge and engagement. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in critical care medicine while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
