Seasonal Scale Technician

Job Summary
CHS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Scale Technician to join our team in a temporary role. As a crucial member of our grain facility team, you will be responsible for weighing and grading grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools for measurement.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Weigh and grade grain in all inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools for measurement
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist other personnel as needed
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with computerized systems and software
