Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Muzzleloading and Ammunition Manager at Scheels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to effectively communicate with customers
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging merchandise
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive team culture
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
