Retail Sales Associate

United Legwear & Apparel Co. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at our Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill location. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the Ted Baker brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Drive sales by utilizing product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques to build loyal customer relationships.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and uphold company standards.
- Stay up-to-date on current products, trends, and sales promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, cash handling, and loss prevention measures.
- Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fashion.
- Strong customer service skills, with a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
The Retail Sales Advisor will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with varying noise levels. The role requires regular walking, standing, and use of hands for tasks involving handling, feeling, pushing, and reaching for company products. The ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds is required. Vision abilities for close and distance viewing related to electronic systems and/or physical products are also required on a regular basis.
