Job Overview

Our apprenticeship programs are accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and the Department of Labor, and our graduates receive certifications from both upon completion.

Program Benefits

Our apprenticeship programs are free to our full-time employees, and we also host specific classes to prepare for any state licensing tests, which are paid for by Dilling Group Inc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping and material handling tasks
  • Assist journeyman plumbers and interact with customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to increase skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within a 2-hour radius of home daily
  • Pass a drug screen at any time
  • Dedication to learning and safety
  • Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Experience in a career center or trade school
  • Ability to travel nationally
