  • Maintain the operational readiness of the production facility
  • Develop and execute enhancement strategies
  • Oversee the functionality of both internal and external facilities
  • Respond swiftly to equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
  • Identify inefficiencies during production oversight and address underlying issues
  • Ensure optimal deployment of personnel

Required Expertise:

  • Proficient in machinery, tools, and maintenance practices
  • Knowledgeable about construction materials, techniques, and equipment
  • Familiar with safety protocols, equipment, and regulations
  • Skilled in maintenance systems with capabilities in mechanical and electrical tasks
  • Adept at interpreting blueprints and electrical diagrams, as well as welding and equipment operation
  • Strong emphasis on safety standards and best practices in industrial maintenance

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment issues
  • Repair and service plant machinery and equipment
  • Provide mechanical and electrical assistance for operational machinery
  • Install and align machinery as required
  • Accurately document maintenance activities
  • Utilize maintenance management software for tracking and reporting
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
