Job Details:

  • Number of Positions: 2 CRNAs
  • Location: Virginia
  • Type: Locum Tenens
  • Facility: 600-bed Level 1 trauma center

Schedule Options:
Flexible scheduling is available, including:

  • 3x12 hour shifts (Wednesday to Friday)
  • 4x12 hour shifts (Tuesday to Friday)
  • 2x14 hour shifts and 1x12 hour shift (Wednesday to Friday)

Patient Care:
CRNAs will provide anesthesia care for a diverse patient population, including ages from pediatric to geriatric. Responsibilities include:

  • Placement of central venous catheters
  • General anesthesia administration
  • Pre-anesthesia evaluations and preparations
  • Advanced airway management
  • Post-anesthesia care and discharge

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Active Virginia State License
  • BLS Certification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills:
Candidates should be proficient in:

  • Starting peripheral intravenous (PIV) lines and arterial lines efficiently
  • Independently starting and titrating vasoactive medications
