This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Substation Engineer In this role, you will be responsible for leading project engineering efforts for assigned electrical switching and substation projects from conceptual stages to completion.
You will work closely with technical disciplines, project management, and construction teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. As a Lead Substation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project scoping documents, engineering schedules, and cost estimates
- Assist and oversee development of cost-effective and reliable station layout and control drawings
- Provide technical support during construction and commissioning stages
- Resolve complex technical problems and provide solutions
Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience supervising junior project engineers
