Arcadis is a leading consultancy firm delivering sustainable solutions for natural and built assets. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Federal and Climate Adaptation Project Manager.

This role requires technical expertise in managing federal projects related to climate adaptation. The successful candidate will lead project teams and provide technical leadership, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead federal accounts and project teams in planning and designing measures to address climate change-related risks.
  • Ensure technical leadership and quality control throughout all phases of a project.
  • Function as the primary interface between the client staff and the consultant team.
  • Establish and meet project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
  • Manage existing and expanding client base by delivering quality work and active communication.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with U.S. Army Corp of Engineering and/or other federal projects.
  • Engineering degree in Structural, Geotechnical, Coastal, Marine, Environmental, and/or Civil Engineering or related.
  • Current CA PE License.
  • 10 years related experience.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
