Job Title: Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Massachusetts.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, manage nursing processes, and collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized patient care based on assessed needs and develop plans of care that promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and implement nursing interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including progress notes, vital signs, and laboratory results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Med/Surg or related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive salary range of $83,500 - $113,400 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs. This compensation package allows for professional growth and financial stability in Massachusetts.
