You will also be responsible for handling customer issues and performing soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Take inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Work with customers to sustain and improve business relationships
  • Ensure accurate account setup and maintenance

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' of customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
