Andrus Childrens Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our Residential Program team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to children and families, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based models and techniques.
- Collaborate with our IEP Clinician to develop and implement treatment plans, and represent Andrus in CSE meetings.
- Participate in team meetings, including Clinical Meetings, Child Study Meetings, and Program Reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services, including treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school of social work.
- LMSW licensure.
- At least one year of post-Master's experience working with children or in a treatment setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
