Job Summary:

The Recreation Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational programs and services for the City of Compton. This includes developing and managing budgets, staff supervision, and program coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in recreation management and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, develop, and implement recreational programs and services for the City of Compton
* Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality programming and customer service
* Develop and manage budgets for recreational programs and services
* Coordinate with community groups, organizations, and other stakeholders to promote recreational programs and services

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or related field
* 4 years of experience in recreation management and community development
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
