Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Academic Facilitator to join our team. As an adjunct instructor, you will be responsible for teaching assigned courses in Orientation/College Success at our Covington, Dyersburg, and Paris locations. If hired, your primary work station may change each semester.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses in Orientation/College Success
- Prepare course materials and evaluate student learning
- Maintain accurate class records and submit reports on time
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution with 18 graduate semester hours in Orientation/College Success. Effective communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
Working Conditions
This is a sedentary role that involves desk work, with occasional travel required for college or program activities. Standard office settings with minimal environmental controls ensure a healthy and comfortable working environment.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
