Fitness Coach
The primary objective of the Fitness Coach is to assist members in achieving their health goals by utilizing both the resources of Anytime Fitness and the coach's innovative strategies. Each member will undergo an initial fitness assessment, which will facilitate the development of a personalized relationship. With access to state-of-the-art equipment, the coach will support members in reaching their highest potential in physical fitness. Furthermore, through our exceptional "Train-the-Trainer" initiatives, the coach will benefit from numerous hours of professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and train members in both individual and group settings
- Align Anytime Fitness training programs with the member's personal goals and capabilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to ensure member objectives are documented
- Monitor, track, and report on each member's progress while maintaining an ongoing training regimen
- Successful Fitness Coaches foster continuous education for each member and build lasting relationships
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current Personal Training Certification is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Prior experience in personal training within a fitness center or private setting is preferred, but not essential
- Experience with customer relationship management software is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage and motivate individuals to achieve their objectives
- A commitment to ongoing learning in training methodologies, fitness, health, and nutrition
- Practical experience in areas such as corrective exercise, post-rehabilitation, and injury prevention is a plus
