Clinical Care Technician - Medical Surgical Unit
Job Summary:RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Technician to join our team at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus.
About the Role:The Clinical Care Technician will provide direct patient care, assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities:- Provide patient care based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria
- Communicate effectively with patients and nursing colleagues regarding patient care
- Participate in collaboration of patient's plan of care from admission to discharge
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred
