Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hvac Service Consultant to join our team at Attic Man. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for selling energy-efficient insulation, heating, and cooling products to residential and new construction customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and a minimum of 1-3 years of technician experience with the Insulation & Hvac Industry. They will be able to prioritize tasks, close sales, and communicate effectively with customers.

Salary: $87,500 - $162,500 per year, including bonus pay and commission opportunities. We also offer flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell insulation, heating, and cooling products to residential and new construction customers.
  • Communicate all information to the office by opening/closing leads in the scheduling system.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager and Install Manager to ensure timely and accurate ordering of all stock and equipment.
  • Exhibit proficiency in diagnosing customer concerns and providing solutions using the Pricing Guide and company quoting process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of technician experience with the Insulation & Hvac Industry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, close sales, and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Self-motivated to improve sales and exceed performance metrics.
  • Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation, and communication.
