Dispatcher (Full Time)

Summary: As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and monitor Environmental Services activities, providing timely and accurate dispatch and management of customer transportation requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff by responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement effective dispatcher logic to ensure efficient and accurate processing of requests.
- Direct the activity of the housekeeping function, ensuring timely completion of tasks and monitoring procedures related to availability and completion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Monitor daily sign-in/out procedures and develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and promote positive customer service relationships with patients, families, and staff, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of housekeeping requests.
- Resolve problems related to patient, visitor, staff, or employee complaints, recommending solutions for ongoing or recurring issues.
