Core Responsibilities:
The main objective of this role is to maintain cleanliness across various areas, including office spaces, restrooms, and communal areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Initiating the shift by reviewing the work schedule and preparing necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning floors in office and meeting areas.
  • Mopping and sanitizing tile floors in restrooms and break rooms.
  • Disposing of trash, operating waste management equipment, and addressing spills throughout the facility.
  • Dusting and wiping down surfaces to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Cleaning mirrors, glass, and other surfaces in all common areas.
  • Restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Utilizing safety cones to indicate potentially hazardous areas.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Physical capability to meet the job's ergonomic requirements.
  • Willingness to learn and effectively use cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Completion of the introductory probationary period.

Physical Demands:
Key physical requirements for this position include:
