Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team at The Virga Law Firm, P.A. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal representation and client care to our clients in family law matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex legal issues, advising clients on their legal rights, and representing them in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on their legal rights and provide well-researched analysis
  • Analyze complex legal issues and determine probable outcomes of cases
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including motions, hearings, and final hearings
  • Attend mediations and settlement conferences with clients
  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, orders, and other legal documents as needed

Requirements:

  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Strong background in family law
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Clio
