Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, deploy, and sustain Azure infrastructure solutions tailored to organizational requirements
  • Oversee Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, and additional services
  • Monitor, enhance, and scale Azure resources for optimal performance
  • Experience in Active Directory, conventional infrastructure, and PowerShell scripting
  • Create automation scripts for the provisioning and orchestration of cloud resources
  • Employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for effective infrastructure management
  • Configure and support Palo Alto Prisma Access for secure remote connectivity
  • Uphold security policies, access controls, and adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement security strategies
  • Conduct security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and incident response planning
  • Enforce security best practices and industry standards within cloud environments
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for Azure and network configurations
  • Generate reports on infrastructure performance, security incidents, and compliance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support as necessary
  • Perform any other assigned duties
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience as an Azure Infrastructure Engineer with relevant certification
  • Strong proficiency in FortiGate Firewall management and Palo Alto Prisma Access
  • Understanding of network security principles and best practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE) are advantageous
  • Experience with scripting, automation tools, and DevOps methodologies
  • Proficiency with PanOS, FortiOS, and cloud security certifications
