Job Title: School Bus Driver

Job Summary:

The Tahoe Truckee Unified School District is seeking a qualified School Bus Driver to transport students over designated scheduled mountain routes and/or to/from special excursions. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A or B Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement and a School Bus Operator's Certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport students safely and efficiently over designated routes
  • Ensure vehicle operation is in a safe operating condition
  • Ensure the safety of general and/or special education students during transport, loading and unloading from buses

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A or B Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement
  • School Bus Operator's Certificate
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • DMV Printout
  • Fingerprint Clearance
  • TB Screening Result
