Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer account management, focusing on labor and material growth within the service sector.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Set and track goals for gross margin delivery and profitability, including service agreements and labor/material work.
  • Oversee the execution of service operations, addressing warranty-related customer concerns.
  • Manage inventory for fleet and tools, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Supervise technicians and customer service agents to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels, oversee hiring and training processes, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs and performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Technical school training or equivalent experience in HVAC or building controls.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience in a similar service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Basic financial accounting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with MS Office products and basic Windows environments.
