Job Overview

In this rewarding position, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to a group of seniors, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll work closely with our residents, their families, and our interdisciplinary team to create a warm and inclusive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily activities, individual care, and life-enriching experiences.
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care and service as needed.
  • Assist residents in life skills and other enriching activities, incorporating a variety of multi-sensory experiences into their daily lives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
  • Responsible for designated groups of residents during shifts, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; certifications may be required per state regulations.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
