Responsibilities:- Manage childcare operations and weekly program sessions
- Supervise childcare staff and ensure effective parent communication
- Maintain records such as attendance, payments, and incident reports
- Ensure safety standards are met and maintain a clean environment
- Plan and coordinate special activities, events, and field trips
- Oversee compliance with state childcare regulations and YMCA policies
- Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in childcare administration or supervision
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Either at least 18 credits in a degree relevant to child development or have a New York State Children's Program Administrator Credential or School-Age Child Care Credential
- Ability to work onsite Part-time
