Daily Responsibilities of a Security Officer

In this protective role, you will verify visitors at the country club using our computer system, maintaining accurate logs of guests, vehicles, and deliveries. Regular patrols of the premises will be part of your duties to ensure order and establish a reassuring presence for our guests. You will be vigilant for any unusual conditions that may pose security risks or safety hazards. Additionally, you will document incidents and respond to emergency situations as they arise. Communication with residents and addressing their service requests will also be part of your responsibilities.


Qualifications for Security Officer
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid Florida Class D security and driver's license
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Reliable transportation and mobile phone
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year
