  4. Exterior Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
  5. Safety and Teamwork: Follow company safety standards at all times, look out for the safety of other team members and guests, and coordinate job duties with other team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening.
  6. Inventory Management: Put food orders away accurately, rotate stock in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas using the First In-First Out method, and monitor shelf life and code dates.
  7. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a basic working knowledge of restaurant equipment and complete scheduled maintenance tasks safely and correctly.

Requirements:

  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, team members, and management.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand constantly, walk constantly, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Working Conditions:

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, frequently working in hot, cold, and damp conditions. Work safely to avoid hazards, including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns.
