Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: One to three years of experience as a Charge Nurse is preferred.
  • Certifications: Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate and Collaborate: Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Provide and Coordinate Patient Care: Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Patients: Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on the unit.
  • Administer Medications: Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
