Your Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and best practices, acting as a subject matter expert within the Assurance practice.
  • Offer strategic guidance on system capabilities to enhance our audit methodologies and improve staff efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to identify requirements for new systems or enhancements.
  • Support assurance technology initiatives aimed at elevating the staff experience.
  • Provide ongoing level 2 application support for practice staff and fellow analysts, focusing on platforms such as CaseWare and IDEA.
  • Address staff inquiries and resolve technical issues related to assurance applications.
  • Manage competing priorities to ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives.
  • Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and assurance tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in software application support or public accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
  • Experience with CaseWare, IDEA, or similar assurance applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS PowerApps, PowerBI, or SQL is a plus.
