Caliber Collision is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to join our team. As a TAP Body Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques. You will also be responsible for learning all training material and hands-on skills, and following the mentor's direction while learning to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
