About the Role
\We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team as a Youth Counselor in Charlottesville. In this role, you will provide critical mental health support to young people and their families, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, developing effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for our clients.
Your Qualifications
\- Possess a Master's degree in a relevant mental health field.
- Hold licensure eligibility for LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, with experience working with children and adolescents an advantage.
