About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Family & Children's Services. As a School-Based Therapist, you will work with children between the ages of 4-18 at a school site, providing evidence-based treatment to children and their families who may be experiencing significant behavioral and emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and their families
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting students' mental health needs
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to enhance client recovery and provide whole-person care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in individual, group, and family therapy
  • Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
