About the Role
SAIC is seeking a highly skilled RF Systems Engineer to support the US Navy in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced RF systems, including radar and electronic warfare systems. This role requires a strong background in RF engineering, systems integration, and test and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Requirements Evaluation
- Perform systems requirements evaluation, functional studies, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
- Technical Management
- Provide technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance for RF systems.
- Design and Development
- Design and develop advanced RF systems, including radar and electronic warfare systems.
- Test and Evaluation
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for RF systems.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and customer representatives.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience
- At least 14 years of relevant work experience in RF engineering, systems integration, and test and evaluation.
- Clearance
- Interim Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain up to Top Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Experience
- Prior work experience with range testing and radar development.
