About the Role: We are seeking an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in designing HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing detailed reports and critically reviewing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems for large-scale projects
  • Write and review detailed reports and designs
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide oversight and guidance
  • Lead the electrical design discipline for large projects through concept, design, and construction phases
  • Collaborate with clients and provide expert advice on mechanical systems

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineering license or progress towards it
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, or architectural)
  • Hands-on experience with REVIT for design and drafting
  • 5-10 years of experience designing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, medical gas systems, etc.
  • Experience writing reports and reviewing designs
  • LEED certification and/or experience with energy modeling programs
