Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students' communication skills, academic achievement, and overall success in school. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field and valid certification or licensure as an SLP.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication disorders and delays
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students' academic progress and participation in the classroom
  • Consult with parents and caregivers to provide education and support related to speech and language development

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Valid certification or licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
