CRM Residential is a leading property management company seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing process, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and contributing to the success of our company.

• Resident selection and screening according to established criteria
• Processing of all applications, including subsidized and market applicants
• Preparation and maintenance of vacancy reports, traffic reports, and move-out notices
• Maintenance of the property's waiting list, adhering to guidelines set by the New Jersey Housing Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) and CRM Residential
• Ensuring the Leasing Center is maintained in an orderly and professional manner, adhering to established office hours
• Follow-up with applicants and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor on projected ready dates of apartments
• Maintenance of accurate and updated resident information cards
• Participation in seminars and trade association meetings as recommended by the New Jersey Housing Mortgage Finance Agency and CRM
• Assistance with move-in orientations

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• 2-3 years of previous leasing associate experience required
• Tax Credit and affordable housing experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
