We are a reputable hospitality establishment seeking a dedicated and organized Room Attendant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional experience for every guest who stays with us. Cleaning tasks will include making beds, vacuuming, mopping floors, restocking bathroom essentials, laundering and ironing linens, along with various other general duties. Key Responsibilities
  • Address general inquiries from guests
  • Perform mopping, vacuuming, bed-making, linen changing, laundry, room replenishment, and other cleaning tasks as directed
  • Keep a record of cleaned rooms, report lost items, and note any damages or maintenance needs
  • Carry out cleaning duties and prepare guest rooms to the established standards of our establishment prior to guest arrivals
  • Ensure the cleanliness of shared spaces such as hallways, public restrooms, and the lobby area
Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and address issues within guest rooms. Constructive feedback helps us all strive for immaculate rooms, which is the best way to care for our guests.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional housekeeping role
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
