Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of utility poles and securing anchors
  • Utilizing machinery such as bucket trucks, posthole diggers, and various handheld tools
  • Executing aerial operations including new cable installations, pole relocations, strand construction, and cable suspension
  • Overseeing team members and ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in aerial and underground construction
  • Capability to operate efficiently from a bucket truck and ascend utility poles
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications sector
  • Possession of a Class A CDL is mandatory

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
