Claims Operations Group Manager

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing Claims Teams or specialized functions within the Claims business unit, ensuring all claims meet or exceed quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims quality and regulatory compliance.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams to achieve quality and regulatory goals.
- Provide opportunities for professional growth and expand staff responsibilities to enhance team performance.
- Communicate corporate, unit, and team goals with direct reports, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Prepare reports and statistical data on behalf of the department, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 4 Year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Obtainment of industry-related designations (CPCU, SCLA, AIC) and participation in management-related course study.
- Successful assignment as a team manager in a variety of roles, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
- Advanced organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively lead change and implement process improvements, driving business results and growth.
