Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration: Tailor SAP MM modules to align with business needs, focusing on procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

  • User Support: Provide ongoing assistance to SAP MM users, troubleshoot issues, and guide best practices.

  • Project Coordination: Lead new initiatives, monitor timelines, and engage in SAP MM projects, including upgrades and new implementations.
  • Month-End Activities: Participate in month-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete.
  • Collaboration: Work with corporate headquarters on unresolved issues and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain various documentation, including training materials and process guidelines.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the organization.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all SAP MM-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with SAP MM, including configuration and support.
  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP ABAP programming.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Proficient in SAP MM module configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred: SAP MM certification.
