Key Responsibilities
The Senior Tax Analyst will collaborate closely with Tax Management to establish and uphold superior tax practices, ensuring precision and timeliness in the following areas:
  • Preparation of interim and year-end tax provisions in alignment with ASC 740 for GAAP.
  • Conducting non-GAAP analyses in accordance with company policies.
  • Tax forecasting and cash tax projections for the organization's Long Range Plans.
  • Overseeing Tax Automation Processes and Software.
  • Providing support for federal and state compliance.
  • Ensuring SOX compliance and support.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience in corporate and/or public tax accounting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA certification or MST or a comparable advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to teamwork.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with tax research, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
  • Exposure to financial reporting for income taxes.
  • Experience in non-GAAP tax reporting is a plus.
  • International exposure, including transfer pricing and local statutory reporting, is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with OneSource Tax provision software is a plus.
